Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Skilled Nursing (Paris, IL)

Provide inpatient and skilled nursing facility care for older adults at facilities in Paris, Illinois. Work full-time with flexible scheduling; typical full-time shift is six hours with rounds starting between 7:00-10:00 a.m. No call or overnight responsibilities.

Clinical responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds, assess and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and facility staff
• Document efficiently in EHR; tools include AI scribe, voice dictation, and company-issued iPad with LTE
• Use UpToDate® for clinical decision support

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• National certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or equivalent)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
