Hospitalist NP/PA - Skilled Nursing (No Nights/Call, Flexible Shifts, Up to $50K Retention)

Join a growing team delivering patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities around Lacon, Illinois. We’re looking for compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting and who want to make a real difference in quality of life.

What the role looks like

• Full-time positions with flexible scheduling and six-hour facility shifts (rounds usually start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.).
• No overnight or on-call duties.
• You’ll perform daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, develop and adjust treatment plans, and prescribe medications as needed.
• Documentation is streamlined: you’ll use an EHR with AI scribe support, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient charting.
• Clinical decision support is available via UpToDate®.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA).
• Prior experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care is preferred but not required.
