Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician – Skilled Nursing (Hospitalist) — Columbia, MO

We’re looking for a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care at skilled nursing facilities in Columbia, Missouri. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and a chance to make a real difference for post-acute and long-term care patients. You’ll work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, offering clinical leadership, oversight, and hands-on patient care across assigned facilities.

What the role looks like:

• Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities — typically 1–2 days per week at each site
• No fixed start or end times, no overnight shifts, and no call responsibilities
• Average daily volume of 18–25 visits
• Strong emphasis on work-life balance and schedule flexibility
• Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation
• New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
