• 50% inpatient duties with structured morning and afternoon block shifts
• Weekday call is 1 in 6 evenings, manageable from home via remote system access
• Weekend call every 5th weekend with 2 providers on holiday weekends
• Academic duties available, including teaching sessions, lectures, and rounds
