Job Description
- BC/BE Family medicine physician
- Adult-only, 100% outpatient practice
- Join an established team of two physicians and two advanced practice providers
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Reduced schedule can be accommodated for commensurate adjustment to compensation
- Manage a generally straightforward adult patient panel
- Shared phone call coverage for one week at a time; call volume is very light
- eClinicalWorks EMR
- Flat guaranteed salary for the first two years, followed by transition to a productivity-based compensation model
- Initial patient volume of approximately 12"15 patients per day, ramping to 25+
- 401(k) match
- Three weeks of PTO, plus holidays and 3 CME days
- H-1B sponsorship available
- Waldorf is a family friendly suburb of DC, 30 minutes from Alexandria, VA
