This established 317-bed hospital features a highly structured and collaborative hospital medicine program that emphasizes multidisciplinary bedside rounding and strong relationships with nursing, case management, and specialty services. The team is well supported, with 18 clinicians covering the program daily, including dedicated daytime hospitalists, APCs, swing clinicians, and nocturnists.

Position Highlights
- Day shift schedule: 7am - 7pm
- Closed ICU staffed by intensivists
- No required procedures
- No required code response responsibilities
- Dedicated admitting and rounding hospitalists each day
- Average 18-20 patient encounters on rounding shifts
- Average 10 admissions on admitting shifts
- Epic EMR
- Excellent specialist support and referral access
- Opportunity to care for a diverse patient population, including medically complex cases
