• 8-hour shifts or 9-hour shifts available
• 20 - 24 patients per 8-hr shift; 25 - 27 per 9-hr shift
• Plus up to 4 walk-in patients per shift
• Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
• Patient population -- primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
• Age range: 6 months and up
