Job Description
- Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm -- 8-hour days, on-site
- 1 weekend/month -- call starts Fri 5 pm, rounds Sat & Sun until Mon 8 am
- On-call rotation -- 1 week every 3 weeks during daytime hours
- Census of 10 - 12 patients per day per psychiatrist
- Adult inpatient psychiatry unit
- Weekend rounding supported by a resident or NP
- Avg 1 - 2 admits/discharges per day per provider
- Minimum 12-month commitment -- longer assignments encouraged
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
