LifePoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician to provide inpatient rehabilitation coverage services at Kindred Hospital Houston Medical Center's Acute Rehabilitation Unit.

About the Rehabilitation Unit
The 11- bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit at Kindred Hospital Houston Medical Center provides intensive rehabilitation services for patients recovering from a variety of disabling injuries and illnesses, including:
Stroke
Brain injury
Spinal cord injury
Neurological disorders
Orthopedic conditions
Complex medical and surgical diagnoses
General debility requiring comprehensive rehabilitation
The program utilizes a multidisciplinary approach designed to maximize functional recovery and facilitate successful transitions back to home and community settings.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or other qualifying specialty
Eligible for unrestricted Texas medical licensure
Strong commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation care
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
