Locum General OB/GYN - Inpatient/Outpatient needed in WI

Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General OB/GYN to provide full-time locum tenens coverage (four clinic days per week) and/or with scheduled 24-hour in-house call. Care delivered to adult and geriatric patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. No resident or fellow supervision required.

Schedule & Coverage

• Clinic: 4 days/week
• Outpatient volume: ~20-30 patients/day
• Visit times: New patients 30 min; follow-ups 15 min
• Call: 24-hour in-house call (7:00 AM-7:00 AM)
• December 2026 call dates: Dec 17, Dec 27, Dec 28
• January 2027: ~7 days of 24-hour call
• February 2027: ~4 days of 24-hour call plus 4 office days
• Potential for additional ongoing coverage based on facility needs

Clinical Duties & Volume

• Provide full scope outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care
• Average inpatient census: 3-5 patients
• No walk-ins/urgent care; clinic-based visits only
• Charting: real-time or by end of shift
• No supervision of residents/fellows; APP supervision not required

Support & Logistics

• Onsite nursing and medical assistant support
• Call return: onsite
• Phone response: no specified time limit
• Facility will wait for state licensure

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Comfortable with inpatient and outpatient care and 24-hour in-house call
• State license required (facility willing to await licensure)
