• Monday - Friday schedule, 7 am - 4 pm with a dedicated lunch hour
• Low patient census of 15 - 18 patients per day with 30-minute appointments
• Beautiful new clinic with onsite labs, X-ray, and full primary care equipment
• Full-scope family practice including preventive care, wellness exams, and minor procedures
• Pediatric patients ages 2 and up; adult and geriatric population also served
• DOT certification required; willingness to obtain at outset is acceptable
• Supported by a dedicated medical assistant and licensed practical nurse on-site
• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician with 2+ years of experience preferred
