Psychiatric Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Adult Care, NY (Mon-Fri, In-person & Telehealth)

We are looking for an experienced Psychiatric Clinical Lead Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality psychiatric evaluation, treatment, medication management, and ongoing care in New York. This role blends in-person patient visits with telehealth from an assigned site, follows a consistent Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM), and includes clinical leadership responsibilities within an established TeamCare location. The provider will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team and must be available to travel to other New York sites for special cases as needed.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $162,000-$190,000 DOE, plus performance bonus

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing with Psychiatric/Mental Health specialization
• Current, unrestricted NY RN and NP licenses
• PMHNP board certification from an approved national organization
• Current DEA registration and NY prescribing privileges
• Current BLS certification
• Active CAQH profile; Medicare and Medicaid provider IDs
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience; prescribing experience preferred
• Geriatric care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Bilingual skills a plus
