Part-Time Hospitalist NP/PA - No Nights/Call, Flexible Shifts, Maryville (Skilled Nursing)

We’re expanding a team that brings patient-focused primary care into skilled nursing facilities in Maryville, Missouri, and we’re looking for part-time providers who value collaboration, flexibility, and high-quality, evidence-based care. You’ll work alongside physicians and facility staff to manage both acute and chronic needs for residents - without overnight shifts or on-call responsibilities.

What the role looks like

• Part-time schedule with flexible hours: six-hour facility shifts, with rounds generally starting between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No call and no overnight coverage.
• Typical caseload of about 15-20 patient visits per day.
• Daily rounds in the facility, assessing residents, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and managing follow-up care.
• Close collaboration with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions.
• Responsibility for maintaining clinical and regulatory compliance.
• Company-provided iPad with LTE to support charting and communication.

Who we’re looking for

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• NPs: board certification through ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN. PAs: NCCPA certification.
• Candidates who are board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently while engaging collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
