Hospitalist NP/PA - Flexible PT Shifts, No Nights/Call, Competitive Pay + Retention Bonuses

Join a team providing patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities in Pratt, Kansas. Seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to manage older adults in a collaborative, team-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Communicate with facility staff, families, and interdisciplinary team
• Document care using streamlined EHR with AI scribe and voice dictation

Schedule

• Part-time and full-time opportunities
• Full-time consists of six-hour facility shifts; rounds generally start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• No call or overnight responsibilities

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
