Hospitalist NP/PA - Skilled Nursing (Flexible FT/PRN, No Nights, Up to $50K Retention)

Join a growing team delivering patient-centered care in skilled nursing facilities across Baxter Springs, Kansas. We seek compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of older adults within a collaborative, team-based practice.

What you’ll do

• Provide daily rounds and manage acute and chronic conditions in skilled nursing and post-acute settings
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI scribe, voice dictation, and a company-issued iPad with LTE
• Use UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance

Work schedule and environment

• Full-time and PRN positions available with flexible scheduling
• Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers (rounds typically start between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
• No overnight or on-call responsibilities

Minimum requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
