Urgent Care / Family Medicine Physician - Boston, MA

Join a well-established, rapidly growing urgent care network serving the Greater Boston area. We are seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physicians to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and strong growth opportunities.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM; weekends 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Full-time: 36+ hours/week with flexible scheduling options

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary approximately $225,000 with bonus potential up to $100,000 annually
• Productivity incentives tied to patient volume (~75 patients/day)

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage acute illnesses and injuries in an urgent care setting
• Perform common procedures (suturing, splinting, I&D) and interpret EKGs and X-rays
• Supervise and collaborate with NP/PA staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care
• Complete accurate, timely EMR documentation and maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
• Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred
• ACLS and/or PALS preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
