Remote PMHNP Residency Director - Lead Pediatric/Adolescent Training, Virtual-Inperson, $140-160K

Join a clinician-founded, clinician-led team that delivers virtual and in-person mental health care across Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and Maryland. We’re looking for an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to design, launch, and oversee our PMHNP Residency Program - a role that blends clinical work, education, mentorship, and program leadership.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage the PMHNP Residency Program and its curriculum, ensuring it meets residency accreditation standards.
• Mentor, supervise, and evaluate PMHNP residents with a focus on practical, evidence-based pediatric and adolescent psychiatry.
• Recruit, onboard, and support clinical preceptors and faculty to create a strong learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary outpatient care team to integrate training with clinical practice.
• Maintain program documentation, monitor quality, and lead continuous improvement initiatives and professional development for learners and staff.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program and PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active PMHNP/APRN license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years’ PMHNP/CRNP clinical experience and at least 1 year in an educational or leadership role.
• Strong clinical knowledge in pediatric and adolescent psychiatry and a solid grounding in evidence-based practice.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with behavioral health regulations and residency accreditation requirements.
