General Dentist - Community-Focused Practice in Roanoke Rapids, NC (Full-Time, 4x10s)

Join a caring team in the scenic northeastern corner of North Carolina where you’ll deliver high-quality dental care to a diverse patient population, with an emphasis on serving underserved communities. You’ll be part of a patient-centered medical/dental home model that values collaboration, compassion, and continuity of care.

What you’ll work with
Our clinics are equipped with modern technology, including digital imaging, and we use eClinicalWorks (eCW) for dental records and practice management. You’ll see patients of all ages in a supportive environment alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Typical schedule
Dentists generally work four 10-hour days per week, allowing for a balanced workweek while maintaining continuity for your patients.

Compensation & incentives

• Competitive salary: $165,000-$170,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance when applicable
• Annual continuing dental education allowance: up to $3,000 plus 40 hours
• Eligible for federal and state loan repayment programs (NHSC Scholars, Loan Repayment Program, Students to Service)
• Potential state high-needs bonus for eligible dentists without outstanding student loans

What we’re looking for

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Minimum of one year clinical experience or completion of a residency preferred
• BLS certification required
• Successful completion of Federal and State criminal background checks and drug screening
• A commitment to providing compassionate care to a diverse, often underserved, patient population
