Hospitalist NP/PA - Senior Care in Troy, OH | Flexible 6-hr Shifts, No Nights, Competitive Pay

Join a growing team delivering patient-centered care to residents of skilled nursing facilities in Troy, Ohio. We seek compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of older adults within a collaborative, team-based model.

What you’ll do

• Provide daily rounds in skilled nursing facilities, managing acute and chronic conditions and developing treatment and medication plans.
• Work efficient six-hour facility shifts (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.).
• No overnight or on-call responsibilities.
• Document care using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe and voice dictation on a company-provided iPad with LTE.
• Access UpToDate® for point-of-care clinical guidance.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent).
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred.
