BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon (Knee & Shoulder) - Upper & Lower Extremity, Cherry Hill NJ

A well-established, expanding private orthopedic practice in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with strong expertise in knee and shoulder care and broad experience in upper- and lower-extremity management. The role offers professional independence, high earning potential, and the opportunity to build a high-volume practice within a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care with emphasis on knee and shoulder pathology, sports-related injuries, upper- and lower-extremity conditions, and degenerative and traumatic disorders.
• Work in a modern outpatient and surgical setting with robust referral networks and established rehabilitation partnerships.
• Participate in practice development and maintain high standards of patient care and clinical documentation.

Compensation & benefits:

• Base salary range $300,000-$600,000, with extensive productivity bonuses and significant upside potential.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Sports Medicine, Shoulder, or Extremity Orthopedics preferred.
• Eligibility for New Jersey medical license, CDS, and DEA.
