Urgent Care Physician - Martinsburg, WV (Flexible, Multi-Site; 3x12hr Rotating Shifts)

Join a busy, multi-site urgent care network serving the Martinsburg, WV area as a flexible, patient-centered physician who enjoys a fast-paced clinical setting and variety in daily work. You’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages in a walk-in urgent care environment, float between clinic locations, and help ensure timely, high-quality patient outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries for walk-in patients.
• Deliver efficient, evidence-based urgent care while collaborating with nursing and clinical staff.
• Float between multiple urgent care locations as scheduled to meet patient needs across the network.
• Keep accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows as opportunities arise.

Schedule & clinic details

• Three 12-hour shifts per week with a rotating schedule to provide coverage across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Clinics open seven days a week, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM; closed only on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• Coverage includes weekends and holidays; no overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent) with completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA registration required by start date.
• Prior urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred.
• Must have open availability and be comfortable floating to multiple clinic sites.
