Compensation: $179,000-$223,000

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing mental health assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic psychiatric conditions
• Prescribe and oversee psychiatric medications, including monitoring for efficacy and side effects
• Develop and adjust individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide education and support to patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members and refer to community resources as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with clinical, legal, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing
• Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for licensure
• Current DEA registration, as required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care

Preferred

• Experience working in outpatient psychiatry or community mental health settings
• Familiarity with collaborative care models and integrated behavioral health systems
