Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) - Sierra Vista, AZ

We’re looking for a caring, experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. In this role you’ll provide high-quality psychiatric care across a range of conditions while working closely with an interdisciplinary team to create meaningful treatment plans and support lasting recovery.

Compensation: $159,000-$203,000

What you’ll do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of mental health and behavioral health conditions.
• Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow-up.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and treatment options.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, nurses, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and comply with applicable clinical, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Who we’re looking for

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
• Current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current DEA registration, as required.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
