Join a busy, award-winning Emergency Department in Newburgh, NY and help lead its next chapter as Site Medical Director. With seven new full-time emergency physicians joining between July and October, this is a prime moment to build a high-performing team and shape clinical and operational priorities from day one.

Clinical, teaching, and professional development

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Emergency Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Active or eligible New York medical license and DEA registration
• Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications as applicable
• Significant Emergency Medicine experience; prior Medical Director or clinical leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of ED operations, quality metrics, patient flow, and performance improvement
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
