OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician - Rocky Mount, NC (Full-Time, Competitive Salary & Benefits)

We’re looking for experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians who want to provide expert inpatient care for pregnant women presenting to the hospital, collaborate with local obstetricians, and enjoy a healthy work/life balance.

This role is a full-time hospitalist position with flexible scheduling - typically 7-9 24-hour shifts per month, leaving about 21 days off each month. There are no office management duties or traditional on-call responsibilities, and you’ll have the freedom to shape a schedule that fits your life.

Locations: Opportunities in Cary, Hendersonville, Monroe, Rocky Mount, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Compensation and perks:

• Salary range $300,000-$340,000 plus a full benefits package

What we’re looking for:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and deliver comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a patient-centered approach
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
