Non-Interventional PM&R Physician - Outpatient, 100% Clinic-Based (Cherry Hill, NJ)

A well-established, privately owned outpatient multidisciplinary practice in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a non-interventional Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join its team. The role focuses on conservative management, functional restoration, and comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a stable, physician-led setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient, office-based PM&R patient care
• Manage primarily personal injury cases and some workers’ compensation
• Emphasize conservative, non-interventional treatment and functional restoration
• Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team (including neurology and rehabilitation services)
• Document clinical encounters, complete required medical-legal and administrative paperwork, and communicate with referring providers and payers

Schedule and work environment

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or call
• Predictable schedule with strong administrative support

Compensation and benefits

• Year 1 base salary: $300,000-$350,000+
• Year 2: transition to a draw on a percentage of collections
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and malpractice insurance
• Additional benefits commensurate with experience

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited PM&R residency
• Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation preferred but not required
