OB Hospitalist - Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician, Colorado Springs, CO

What you’ll do:

• Provide high-quality inpatient OB/GYN care, managing routine deliveries and obstetric emergencies.
• Collaborate with local obstetricians, nursing staff, and hospital teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain patient-centered communication and documentation.

Position highlights:

• Salary: $300,000-$340,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits.
• Schedule: Full-time hospitalist with self-created scheduling; typically 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly).
• No on-call responsibilities and no office management duties.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
