Non-Interventional Outpatient Pain Management Physician - Pensacola, FL

A well-established, privately owned outpatient pain management practice in Pensacola, FL seeks a Non-Interventional Pain Management Physician to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This opportunity is well-suited to physicians trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology who favor a conservative, patient-centered approach and value a predictable weekday schedule.

Practice highlights:

• 100% outpatient, office-based practice
• No call, nights, or weekends; Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Focus on non-interventional, conservative pain management
• Patient mix primarily personal injury with some workers’ compensation
• Collaborative team including neurology and rehabilitation services
• Privately owned, established practice with strong administrative support

Compensation & benefits:

• Year 1 base salary: $300,000-$350,000+
• Year 2: transition to a draw on a percentage of collections

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in a relevant specialty
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation cases preferred but not required
