Board-Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physician - Denver, 4-Day Week, No Nights/Weekends

Join a patient-centered team at a Level II Trauma Center in Denver, CO. Work in an integrated network with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, educators, and medical specialists to deliver comprehensive, team-based primary care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine: acute care, chronic disease management, preventive care, routine screenings, and immunizations
• Collaborate with embedded clinical and administrative staff and specialty colleagues
• Participate in shared clinic call as needed
• Document care and coordinate referrals within the integrated network

Schedule

• Full-time, 4-day work week
• 30-minute appointment slots
• No nights or weekends

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA registration in good standing or ability to obtain
• Minimum of 5+ years clinical experience preferred

• Guaranteed base salary: $240,000-$260,000 annually
