Experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Boston, Competitive Pay & Benefits

Join a well-established, growing dermatology practice just south of Boston where you’ll work in a supportive, patient-focused setting with a steady referral base and access to modern dermatologic technology. We’re looking for an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help deliver excellent care and expand our clinical team.

What you’ll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of dermatologic conditions
• Perform common dermatologic procedures (biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, electrodessication)
• Create individualized treatment plans and educate patients about their care
• Accurately document visits and treatments in the EMR
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive pay: $130,000-$180,000+ annually, commensurate with experience and productivity

What we’re looking for

• Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2+ years of dermatology experience
• Board-certified NP or NCCPA-certified PA
