Primary Care Physician (Family/Internal Medicine) - Sign-On Bonus - Manchester, NH

We seek Family or Internal Medicine physicians to be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality, accessible, patient-centered care. Our model blends team-based care, modern technology, and integrated in-person and virtual services - including urgent care - to provide connected, efficient primary care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Create evidence-based treatment and prevention plans.
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Leverage virtual care and technology to enhance access and continuity.
• Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $135,000-$290,000.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience in outpatient primary care or a similar clinical setting.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license maintained throughout employment.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. BLS must be obtained via an approved in-person or blended course; CPR, ACLS, and online-only certifications are not accepted.
