Obstetrics & Gynecology Hospitalist - Tooele, UT | $300-340K, Flexible Schedule, No Call

We are hiring an OB/GYN physician to join the hospitalist team in Tooele, UT to provide consistent, expert inpatient and obstetric care for pregnant patients presenting to the hospital.

Role and responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN and obstetric emergency care.
• Manage labor and delivery, triage, and inpatient consultations.
• Collaborate with local obstetricians, nursing staff, anesthesiology, and pediatrics.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and multidisciplinary case review.
• Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication with patients and referring clinicians.

Schedule and compensation

• Full-time hospitalist position; create-your-own schedule.
• Typical schedule: 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (approximately 21 days off monthly).
• No outpatient office responsibilities or on-call outside scheduled shifts.
• Salary: $300,000-$340,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Utah medical license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
• Commitment to clinical quality improvement.

Location

• Hospital-based practice in Tooele, Utah, working alongside local obstetric providers and hospital teams.
