Part-Time Adult Primary Care Physician (Family Practice) - 4-Day Week, Downtown Los Angeles

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care for adults
• Emphasize preventive care, chronic disease management, and care coordination
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes and patient experience
• Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives

Position highlights

• Schedule: Part-time, 4 days/week (30 hours)
• Compensation: $253,643-$380,464 annually, plus bonus eligibility
• Quarterly incentive plan: up to 15% of quarterly earnings
• Long-term incentive: eligible for Profit Shares program
• PTO: 160 hours starting day one

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted California medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty
• Active DEA license

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
