Radiology Physician (General Radiology) - Hospital-Employed, Sign-On Bonus in Great Falls, MT

You’ll work in a collaborative setting with modern imaging technology and a strong focus on high-quality patient care. New graduates and early-career physicians are welcome - experience is preferred but not required.

What you’ll do

• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray
• Opportunities to add Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and selected Interventional Radiology based on your interests and skills
• Act as a primary contact with teleradiology partners to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistent workflows
• Work with Meditech Expanse EHR, Fuji Synapse PACS, and PowerScribe

Schedule and patient population

• Monday-Friday schedule with no routine weekend requirements
• Primarily adult patient population

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Eligible for Montana medical licensure
• Strong communication skills and commitment to high-quality imaging interpretation
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
