Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician - Sign-On Bonus (Waterville, ME)

We seek Family or Internal Medicine physicians to join a collaborative team in Waterville, Maine, delivering high-quality, accessible, patient-centered care. This model blends team-based care, modern technology, and integrated in-person and virtual services - including urgent care - to create a more connected, efficient primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of services
• Use virtual care tools and modern technology to enhance access and follow-up
• Educate patients on prevention, chronic disease management, and wellness

Compensation & benefits

• Salary: $135,000-$290,000

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience in outpatient primary care or similar clinical settings
• Active, unrestricted DEA license (must be maintained throughout employment)
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; BLS must be obtained via an approved in-person or blended course (CPR, ACLS, and online-only certifications are not accepted)
