Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Outpatient/Inpatient (North Andover, MA)

We’re growing our outpatient cardiology team in North Andover, Massachusetts and looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join us. You’ll be part of a collaborative group of cardiologists and allied health professionals, delivering comprehensive cardiovascular care to adults across both outpatient clinics and inpatient settings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnostic work, developing treatment plans, and partnering with patients to prevent and manage acute and chronic heart disease.

What you’ll do:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage adult patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions in clinic and hospital settings.
• Create and implement treatment plans, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and follow patient progress.
• Work closely with cardiologists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Provide patient education on prevention, medications, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, coordinate care transitions, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.

Compensation & benefits:

• Base salary: $130,000-$160,000 per year, plus benefits and potential incentive bonuses.

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with current certification.
• Eligible for Massachusetts licensure and current or eligible for DEA registration.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to equitable, culturally responsive, community-focused care.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in cardiology, cardiovascular medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, hospital medicine, or a related field.
• Experience managing patients with chronic cardiovascular disease and familiarity with ambulatory cardiology workflows and diagnostic testing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
