OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician - Auburn, WA (Full-Time)

We’re looking for experienced, compassionate Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join our team and help ensure every pregnant woman who comes through the hospital receives expert, timely care. In this role you’ll work closely with local obstetricians to improve patient safety and satisfaction while enjoying a predictable schedule and excellent work/life balance.

This position is hospital-based and collaborative - ideal for physicians who value strong clinical work, clear communication, and continuous quality improvement. You’ll manage inpatient OB/GYN care and obstetric emergencies, partnering with a supportive network of colleagues focused on the best outcomes for moms and babies.

Locations: Auburn, Everett, Kirkland, Olympia, Silverdale, and Tacoma, WA.

What we offer

• Competitive salary: $300,000-$340,000 annually plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling - typically 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly)

What we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Washington medical license or the ability to obtain one
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a patient-centered approach
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
