Inpatient Hospitalist Physician - Monday-Friday, No Weekends/No Call (Providence, RI)

Join a growing post-acute care team in Providence, Rhode Island, as a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician caring for medically complex inpatients in a facility-based setting. This full-time position delivers an exceptional work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule (9:00 AM-5:00 PM), no weekends, and no on-call duties.

Compensation and benefits

• Guaranteed base compensation range: $200,000-$500,000+ (most full-time physicians earn $300,000-$500,000).

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
• Active, unrestricted state medical license or eligibility to obtain one; DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, ability to manage medically complex patients, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed.
