OB Hospitalist OB/GYN - Charleston Area | $340-360K, Flexible Schedule, No Call

Join a team committed to outstanding maternal care and patient safety. We’re seeking experienced OB/GYN physicians to provide expert hospital-based care so every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital receives timely, skilled attention from an obstetrics specialist.

You’ll collaborate closely with local obstetricians while enjoying a superior work/life balance. Ideal candidates are clinically strong, communicate clearly, are committed to quality improvement, and are passionate about advancing obstetrics and gynecology.

Location

• Based in Charleston, South Carolina, with additional opportunities across the state (Columbia, Florence, Mount Pleasant, Myrtle Beach, Summerville, Walterboro).

Position highlights

• Competitive salary: $340,000-$360,000 annually plus full benefits
• Schedule: Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling you can help design
• Typical shift pattern: Seven 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)
• No clinic management or traditional on-call duties

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• South Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and providing full inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
