OB Hospitalist - OB/GYN Physician in Hazleton, PA | $300-340K, Flexible Schedule & No Call

We’re looking for experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join our hospitalist team in Hazleton and West Chester, Pennsylvania. This role is built to raise patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital is seen by a skilled OB/GYN physician - every time.

You’ll work closely with local obstetricians in a collaborative environment while enjoying a strong work/life balance. Ideal candidates are board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN, excellent communicators, confident managing obstetric emergencies, and committed to quality improvement and patient-centered care.

What the role looks like

• Full-time hospitalist position with a flexible schedule you can help design.
• Typical commitment is 7-9 24-hour shifts per month, giving you about 21 days off each month.
• No office management duties and no traditional on-call responsibilities.
• Practice focused on inpatient OB/GYN care and emergency management.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, and a dedication to continuous clinical improvement.
