OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician - Belleville & Denville, NJ (Full-Time, Competitive Salary)

This full-time hospitalist role in Belleville (and additional openings in Denville), New Jersey, offers a superior work/life balance and close collaboration with local obstetricians. Ideal candidates are board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology, possess strong clinical and communication skills, and are committed to quality improvement and advancing OB/GYN care.

Position highlights

• Competitive salary: $300,000-$340,000 plus comprehensive benefits
• Schedule: Flexible, self-designed schedule; typically 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (approximately 21 days off)

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain one
• Proficiency managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
