OB/GYN Hospitalist - Easton, MD | $300-340K, Flexible Schedule & No On-Call

We are seeking experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join our team in Easton, Maryland. This hospitalist role is focused on improving patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring every pregnant patient receives expert, timely care from an experienced physician.

Position overview

• Full-time hospitalist role with a flexible, self-created schedule: typically 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off per month). No office management and no on-call responsibilities.
• Compensation: $300,000-$340,000 base salary plus a comprehensive benefits package and potential bonuses.
• Collaborative environment working alongside local obstetricians with strong support from a national network of OB hospitalists.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality inpatient OB/GYN care and manage obstetric emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Maryland medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and deliver comprehensive inpatient care.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment to continuous improvement.
