OB/GYN Hospitalist - Springfield, MA | $300-340K, Flexible Schedule & Full Benefits

In this role you’ll ensure that every pregnant patient who comes to the hospital receives expert, compassionate care from an experienced physician - every time. You’ll work closely with local obstetricians while enjoying a sustainable work/life balance and the autonomy to shape your schedule.

Where you’ll work:
Opportunities are available in Springfield, with additional openings in Fall River, Gardner, Methuen, and Worcester, Massachusetts.

What the role looks like:

• Full-time hospitalist position focused on inpatient OB/GYN care and obstetric emergencies.
• Create a schedule that works for you - typical commitment is 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly).
• No office management duties or traditional on-call obligations.
• Collaborate daily with local providers and a supportive national network of OB hospitalists.

Who we’re looking for:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Licensed in Massachusetts or able to obtain licensure.
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and providing full-spectrum inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Strong communicator who thrives in team-based, patient-centered care.
