OB/GYN Hospitalist - Lexington KY | $300-340K, Flexible Schedule, No Call

We’re looking for skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians who want to deliver expert inpatient care to pregnant women presenting to the hospital, working alongside local obstetricians while enjoying an excellent work/life balance.

Where you’ll work
Opportunities are available in Lexington, Owensboro, and Paducah, Kentucky, with Lexington as a primary location.

What we offer

• Competitive salary: $300,000-$340,000 plus a full benefits package
• Flexible full-time hospitalist schedule: typically 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Kentucky license or eligibility to obtain one
• Capability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communicator and team player with a patient-centered approach
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous quality improvement
