Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $300,000-$340,000 annually
• Full-time hospitalist role; typically 7-9 24-hour shifts per month (≈21 days off per month)
• Create your own schedule; no on-call or office management duties
• Potential for shift-based bonuses

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient OB/GYN and obstetric emergency care for pregnant patients presenting to the hospital
• Collaborate with local obstetricians and multidisciplinary hospital teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Proficiency managing obstetric emergencies and comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
