Outpatient Neurology Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time) - Las Vegas, NV

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a growing outpatient neurology practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. This full-time role is well suited to NPs with backgrounds in neurology, pain management, emergency medicine, or cardiology who value collaborative, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.

Practice highlights

• Full-time, Monday-Friday outpatient position; no hospital rounding and no on-call responsibilities
• Typical patient volume: about 16 patients per day to start
• Work alongside a Board-Certified, Fellowship-Trained Neurologist in a collaborative team
• Dedicated medical assistant support and modern clinics with advanced diagnostic resources

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $145,000-$175,000 annually (based on specialty and experience)
• Productivity-based bonus program, sign-on bonus, and relocation allowance
• 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for the provider; 50% dependent coverage

• Paid time off: four weeks (years 1-2: three weeks PTO + one week paid holidays); five weeks beginning year 3 (four weeks PTO + one week paid holidays)

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited NP program
• Current Nevada NP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• National certification as a Family NP, Adult-Gerontology NP, or Adult NP
• DEA registration and Nevada controlled substance license (or eligibility)
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in Neurology, Pain Management, Emergency Medicine, or Cardiology
