Role overview
You will help shape a primary care program focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education, while building lasting relationships and community trust.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based guidelines.
• Promote preventive health and provide wellness education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of primary care programs and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Active South Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (pediatrics training optional)
