Locum Tenens OB/GYN Physician - Martinsburg, WV

Key responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive obstetric care, including prenatal visits, labor and delivery, and postpartum follow-up
• Provide routine and preventive gynecologic care (annual exams, screenings, and treatment of common conditions)
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries within granted privileges
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of women’s health issues
• Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and specialists
• Counsel patients on preventive health, family planning, and treatment options
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Qualifications

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active West Virginia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
