Pulmonology/Critical Care Physician (BE/BC) - Great Falls, MT

We’re seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Pulmonologist to work with two experienced colleagues - one of whom provides critical care coverage and consultations - in a collaborative, innovative environment that prioritizes patient care and provider well-being.

What the role looks like

• Primarily general outpatient pulmonology with the option to add Sleep Medicine if you’re interested.
• Work in a new bronchoscopy lab equipped for bronchoscopy and EBUS.
• Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility for a 4-day, 10-hour work week.
• Light, shared call responsibilities and a strong internal referral network with fast access to subspecialty and emergent care.

• Acute care hospital with 36 inpatient beds and a 10-bed open ICU.
• Five operating rooms plus a four-OR surgery center (with five dedicated observation beds).
• Two cath lab suites and an eight-bed pre/post-procedure recovery unit.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Montana.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Interest in Sleep Medicine is a plus but not required.
