Full-Scope OB/Gyn Physician - Robotic Surgery, Team-Based Practice, Competitive Pay (Roseburg, OR)

Join a thriving women's health team in Roseburg, OR. We seek a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist to practice full-scope OB/GYN - covering outpatient clinic care, prenatal and obstetric services, inpatient coverage, and gynecologic surgery (robot-assisted available). You’ll work in a collaborative, supportive environment that values a healthy work-life balance.

Practice highlights:

• Full-spectrum clinical practice: outpatient visits, deliveries, inpatient care, and surgical cases with robotic capability.
• Team-based model: work alongside 3 OB/Gyn physicians, 2 family physicians with OB experience, and 2 certified nurse midwives.
• Schedule: full-time with combined inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
• Call structure: shared call model - first call with CNMs and FP-OBs; second call among OB/Gyn physicians.
• Typical patient volume: ~16-20 patients per day, depending on schedule.
• Operational support: dedicated OR time, experienced clinical staff, and integrated EMR.

Compensation & benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $386,691 (MGMA median) with opportunity for additional bonus for wRVUs above 6,994.

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/Gyn.
• Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to comprehensive women’s health.
